Homemade Fried Rice



We had 'multi-ingredients fried rice' today, my creation of course. Let me tell you what ingredients were used to fry the rice :

  1. Fresh sweet corns
  2. Chopped choy sum
  3. 2 eggs
  4. Diced chicken meat
  5. Diced sausages
  6. Vegetarian 'chak thai' (made of bean curd sheet with chillies)
  7. Garlic
  8. Shallots
  9. Sesame seed oil
  10. Pepper
  11. Lea & Perrin sauce
  12. Soy sauce
There were 2 batches of fried rice - one is with the spicy vegetarian bean curd sheet and one without for the kids. The gals loved the fried rice and licked the platter clean!

Boy shireen...you are really good in cooking. Always whip up yummy dishes. Your hubby and children are really lucky ;D Lots of wholesome and delicious homecooked food. Hey, maybe you should venture into food catering business for homes (different from your hubby's);D
