Upholstery VS. A Complete Change

Our sofa set is only 3 years old but the beige color has now turned into a dirty shade of brown, no thanks to 3 rambunctious kids who jumped, doodled, puked and peed on the seats. I have told the hubs that our sofa set needs a change as the existing one is making my eyes sore. But a new set would cost quite a bit. He suggested upholstering the sofa set with a nice cover. This would cost way cheaper I think. I should check the price of upholstery fabrics online and come up with a proposal for my big ‘boss’.
