Delicious and healthy food! My mother eats garlic raw to ward off flu and I stay far away from her because of her garlic breath. Hahaha! Garlic is good.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4047251100310275845.post-39529465283014889832014-09-04T13:31:47.178+08:002014-09-04T13:31:47.178+08:00Irene Yew, you can put a wedge of lemon rind or or...Irene Yew, you can put a wedge of lemon rind or orange rind into the oven the moment you remove the grilled fish. Close the oven door and let the heat permeate the orange/lemon skin. Leave it for a few hours and your oven will smell nice. I also use wet wipes to wipe the grease off the oven.Health Freak Mommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16667292699809775619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4047251100310275845.post-80809362797602612542014-09-04T12:43:45.295+08:002014-09-04T12:43:45.295+08:00I love grilled saba fish too, but my fishmonger wo...I love grilled saba fish too, but my fishmonger would slice it the other way round (like fillet) for me, and I'd grill it with just sea salt till crispy! It's a nice oily fish to have, but leaves such a strong fishy smell in my oven. I won't normally buy pumpkin. The pumpkin that we ate that nite had been sitting in the fridge for 2 weeks, which my mil bought just before she left. Your tip is very handy. SHould I be left with a pumpkin in future, I'll try your method, thanks!Health Freak Mommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16667292699809775619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4047251100310275845.post-72827339411805135002014-09-03T14:13:56.516+08:002014-09-03T14:13:56.516+08:00get well soon!! =)get well soon!! =)kcantareshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13137499830606281736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4047251100310275845.post-44822906915222134692014-09-02T20:03:01.580+08:002014-09-02T20:03:01.580+08:00My god, u made a lot for dinner! Cheater's way of cooking squash...stab the whole thing a few times with a knife to break the skin, pop into the microwave for 5 mins or so to soften, cut open remove seeds. Then pop into the oven, or continue with the microwave, or cut to cook for soup, porridge etc. actually better to oven roast a bit to bring out the flavour before making soup or porridge.Chrisnoreply@blogger.com
