Do You Cut Them Open?

I do! Call me cheapskate but when you cut the tube up, you'll find that there's still lots of toothpaste, hand lotion or facial foam lodged at the neck of the tube... which can last you for another week!

    nope but i might after this...hehe. btw, my kids using pureen toothpaste too; the strawberry flavor.

    sometimes i do..and at times i dont.. why? cos lazy to go get scissors at times... now seeing u do it, i also better... money doesnt come easy nowadays... :)

    Yes, I always do that..hehe just to make sure every single bit is well used. Remember once my mother-in-law saw it and gave me compliments. :D

    Too funny and also $-savvy! I have to admit I don't do it for toothpaste(can get on sale here CAD50c for 100ml), but I do it for my Neutrogena lotion etc. I also insert the 2 halves back into each other so it sort of seals up partially.

    There's a better way. Hold the toothpaste on each end, run it from the end part to the front against the sharp edge of two connecting walls and voilà, the paste gets squeezed all the way to the front part. The rest of the tube should be as flat as a paper. More hygenic this way as the paste doesn't get exposed.

    Yes, I'm doing it...on those expansive cream or gel..so far not on toothpaste yet..my mum is the one teach me..

    Whenever we not able to squeeze, it is actually still a lot inside sticking at the tube wall.

    squeeze and cut to the end for everything else but toothpaste... I don't know why I don't cut toothpaste... maybe because toothpaste is cheaper and it's something that i put in my mouth...

    normally i will add water to it and shake and get the balance out ( i mean for the facial form, i'm using eversoft too!) :P
