My hubs bought too many packets of pork jerky and chicken jerky for the Chinese New Year recently. After giving them away to friends, we still have 3 unopened packets of honey bacon jerky and chicken jerky in the fridge. Not only are these meat high in protein, they are also laden with sugar and carbon. I dare not lay my hands on these meat too much less I get a bad case of sore throat and need to get the
