For Cass, after drinking half a packet of Izumio hydrogen water first thing in the morning, she is already half full. For breakfast, the girls can't stomach heavy food like sandwiches or eggs. They normally have biscuits, cakes, buns, Edamame beans or cereals.

Here's Cass eating mangosteens for breakfast. Like mother like daughter. She's quite a health freak too! On some days, she will eat a handful of baked cashew nuts or drink a quarter cup of yoghurt drink. That's the most she can stomach at ungodly pre-dawn hours.
