I have not been tagged for aeons. I think the last time I did a tag was like a year ago!! This time, this mummy gave me this Versatile Blogger Award.

So, here are 7 random things about me:

1) I love all things pink. Baby is taking after me now.

2) I am super impatient.

3) Like Irene, my ambition was to be an air stewardess so that I could fly the world. I got the job in 1993 but turned the offer down becoz....

4) I got the Best Secretary award while in college. Was also the recipient of Dean's List for 3 semesters.

5) I was promoted 4 times over a span of 8 years when I worked in a bank. Was also a recipient of Merit Award and Merit Increment for several years.

6) Enough of gloating and self praise, now my weaknesses. I am very hot tempered and blow my top very easily.

7) I used to be a clean freak. I would check my helper's work every single day - every nook and corner! But after Baby came along and the birth of my online store, I have been so busy and burnt out that I 'no eye see' and could not be bothered whether my helper washes the toilet or not.

8) ... from no. 3... because of my hubs!

9 Questions Tag

Lian wants to see some fun injected in my blog, so she passed this fun tag to me. I've not done a tag for aeon but since I'm quite opp-less now, I have a little more time to do tags, though I must admit I don't really fancy tags :S

So here goes:

1. Have you ever been on TV?
Yes. When our house was badly flooded in 2006, some reporters from NTV7 came to interview the flood victims. One lady reported saw me carrying Sherilyn (she was only 1 yo then) and lugging my paraphernalia and she stopped me to ask for an interview. I tell you, I look so horrible on TV!! So 'chan', so haggard, hair so messy and I look like an ah soh, my gawd!!

2. Have you ever sung in public?
Does karaoke count? I've sang in karaokes many times but there was once when I was touring in Australia with my mum, there was a karaoke session one evening. I sang in front of all the tourists in our group... and the song was That's What Friends Are For.

3. Have you ever dyed your hair blond?
Nope coz my hair is naturally blond... eerrr, nolah, it's kinda brown.

4. Have you ever eaten frogs' legs?
Yup, why not? It's wholesome and good for your skin. If you have eczema, eat more frogs!!

5. Have you ever received a present that you really hated?
Of course...and I recycled it, haha! Better than letting it go to waste right?

6. Have you ever walked into a lamp post?
Not really lamp post but on a pillar and on doors. It happened when I was deep in my thoughts or had a troubled mind.

7. Have you ever cooked a meal by yourself for more than 15 people?
Nope but I am capable of doing that coz I kinda love cooking.

8. Have you ever fallen or stumbled in front of others?
Thank God no! But when I was in Standard 6, I always had a phobia of stumbling and falling in front of a group of boys from ACS school. Each morning in that year, I had to walk across a lane to get to my class and there would be a group of boys waiting at the lane for the school bus to come to pick them up from MGS (my school) to ACS. I remember very vividly that I was terribly self conscious and would walk so carefully just so I would not trip or stumble in front of those rowdy boys (and I had my eyes on a few handsome ones too hah!

9. Have you ever done volunteer work?
Yes, when I was a girl guide. If I had the time, I would really LOVE to do more by contributing my time and money. That's one of the things that I will do when I have the time and I'd encourage my kids to do them too.

What I Really Want To Do On Mother's Day

Elaine tagged me on this. I'll write a short one since I don't really have much time to blog lately. The only time I can really have peace to blog and to appreciate the quietness in the house is past 11pm, that's when my 2 rambunctious girls are asleep and I have satisfied my little one with mamee's milkie.

Ok, so what do I really want to do on Mother's Day? Like Elaine, mine are just fantasies. First, I'd really like hubby to care for my 2 older girls the entire day - bathe them, brush their teeth, wash their bum, feed them, coach them in their homework, put them to sleep, etc while I go shopping and get myself some new clothes for my new figure now, go to the nail saloon for a manicure and pedicure and to the spa for a good full-body massage. Then, I'd like to have a nice dinner in the hotel or in a classy restaurant with hubby and my 3 girls.

Well, I think the last wish of having a nice dinner may be granted but the rest will just be wishful thinking.

Not tagging anyone this time. I better go to sleep now as Baby C will wake up for her milkie again in an hour's time. Oh yes, forgot to mention, I wish I could sleep in till 10am on Mother's Day without anyone disturbing me.

Pretty Mummy

Have been tagged by this giddy but pretty mummy from the North.

The Christmas Tree Blog Parade

This is our Christmas tree. Hubby bought it last year and it was party because of this Christmas tree that hubby's new MPV got stolen. Long story! Anyway, daddy, Alycia and Sherilyn helped to decorate this Christmas tree. Sherilyn, the one with the itchiest fingers has already broken more than 3 baubles when she threw them on the floor as if it was a bouncing ball! She has also chipped part of the star for the Christmas tree and daddy had recently bought a new star to replace the broken star.

This mummy would like to know what my wish is for this year end? Well, I have many wishes.
