












Ingredients for the sauce : 2 eggs beaten, choy sum, fish paste, garlic, soya sauce, a dash of brown sugar (optional), some corn flour, water and pepper. Once the sauce and ingredients are cooked, pour the sauce over the pre-cooked mee suah.

then she gave me a grin as she was happy to have the bed all to herself.....
then she stared at herself in the mirror and I sang "Who's that baby looking at the mirror" song to her..... and she gave me her heart-melting wide grin. She just loves looking at herself and at me at the mirror.

Stir-fried eggplants with minced chicken meat and fermented soy beans and organic bitter gourd omelette.
The sunny-side-up eggs were a tad raw, so we had them re-fried.
I love the french toast. The toast is sandwiched with peanut butter and the outer layer is of course egg and glazed with kaya. Very delicious.... and fattening too! If only they had wholemeal bread, it wouldn't be that fattening.
The iced white coffee is very refreshing.
I find the sambal on the nasi lemak too spicy, so spicy that I choked on the first bite!
