Fish and chips - nothing to shout about.
Baked cod fish.
I like how their green tea was served - in a very cute teapot under flame with 2 tiny cups.
Hubby's sirloin steak.
My salad - with lots of olives and grilled chicken breast. The salad was served in a really large glass bowl which resembled a sink!
Mushroom soup for the kids.
My oxtail soup - very good. The meat was very tender and flavorful.
Prawn and avocado salad.
For dessert, we ordered Tiramisu in a cup which tasted heavenly! It has lots of rum and was very moist and smooth. We also ordered a strawberry jelly with whipped cream and I did not quite fancy that.
There were 7 adults and 2 kids and the total bill came up to RM500+. Quite costly eh?

A butter bun (cut into 3 easy-to-eat slices) and honey plum in the shape of Winnie The Pooh.
Edamame beans and oranges. Alycia could not even finish these and brought home half the beans and oranges back to eat. Both my girls are really slow eaters.
The Superman pose...
The kodomo dragon pose....and she really does look like an iguana or a kodomo dragon each time she creeps and turns her body 90 degrees to look at us.
The fitgirl pose, doing her push-ups
and the cheeky look with a smack on her lips

I can never get tired of eating Japanese food as it consists mainly of good protein - fish, tofu and Edamame beans and I normally avoid the rice (carbs). Even my California rolls are rolled without rice!

Sweet smelling stinky beans (petai) with prawns and chicken.
This is a Hakka dish - sliced pork cooked in wine and sliced ginger and a kind of sweet-smelling mint leaves. Oh, I just love this dish!
Stir-fried hairy gourd with 'wan yue' (cloud fungus), sliced pork and minced garlic.
Pan-fried fish,
braised chicken with potatoes (this dish was cooked specially for Alycia and Sherilyn as it's their favorite dish) and 2 green veggies.
