I had boiled 2 hard-boiled eggs for breakfast the other day. When I shelled the eggs and halved them, I was in for a surprise.
See the difference? Both are kampung chicken eggs (free-range chicken). But one has whitish egg yolks. Quite bizzare eh? I guess the chicken must have been a malnourished hen :D

did came across very light yellow egg yolk but not as white as yours. btw, is the texture the same as the yellowish one?
