Tonight’s spread: stir-fried bell peppers with fish cake, stir-fried chicken with ginger, garlic, big onions, soy sauce and Chinese cooking wine, pumpkin + corn kernel + chicken feet soup, air-fried small fish, and black rice with basmati rice.
Simple, wholesome, comforting and so yummy. Best part? Probably less than RM30 to feed the 3 of us. Homecooked meals really don’t have to be expensive to be nourishing and satisfying. ๐
