DH and I actually have plans of migrating overseas one day, for the sake of providing better and cheaper education for our kids. If we do migrate, we would migrate to Scottsdale as we have relatives staying there and my aunty just informed me that there are Gainey Ranch Homes for sale now. The Gainey Ranch is a well-established gated community with 24-hour guards on duty, overlooking a golf course and with very good amenities surrounding the community from health clubs to gymnasium, boutiques, shopping centres, fine dine eateries, restaurants and a host of other benefits. And if DH and I were to buy a property there, we would definitely go to The Holm Group, an established realtor for assistance.
