Got tagged again, this time by Leena (sweet revenge huh?) on 7 Random Things About Myself. Good tag, at least this will give my readers an idea of what kinda person I am.
1. As my blog title says it, I am a health freak, also a fitness nut and cleanliness freak.
2. I'm a worry freak too, love to worry over every single thing.
3. Like Leena, my sense of direction sucks too.
4. I am an Atkin's follower and currently living on a low-carb diet, don't eat rice, noodles, potatoes, candies and keep white flour products to the minimal.
5. My favourite colors are pink, baby blue and violet.
6. I am super impatient and my temper flares up very easily, thanks to my dad's genes.
7. I weigh myself on the scale at least twice a day. You call this eccentricity or character flaw?

I dont know if I have done it before or not...but quite tough hor..certainly a filler that I much needed...will do when got time. (or shall i say when I needed to slot in something between paid post??) LOL :D

i agree, this tag has been going around since last year, it's the second time i'm doing it ^_^ it's really nice to be adding random things about us, so people will have additional glimpse of how we live our lives.
really you stay away from carbs? but you are already thin! i can't help it, pasta is my favorite, plus it's hard to eat viands without rice. I admire you for that
hipncoolmomma, i love pastries and pastas too, i still eat them but limit the portion. I hv to stay on a low-carb diet coz i hv PCOS & is insulin resistant. That's one of the reasons why i hv to workout too, and it's a blessing in disguise.
I sure do know more abt you :)
Wished I am as health cautious as u :( The only excercise I do is roller blading. At least we have somthing similar point 5 & 6. Hehehe....
