Sherilyn was punished again. This time round, she spilled her cup of orange juice which I had juiced for her.... AGAIN, yup again! I tell ya, this fler spills drinks 9 out of 10 times. I knew she would spill her juice and I kept reminding her to drink her cup of juice but as usual, I think she wasn't listening. She was just being too playful and doing some monkey business and then dang, dang, dang, dang, SPLASSSSSSHHHHHH!!!! I was enraggggggedd! How I hate to clean up messes caused by sticky juices, milk and soy bean milk. You need a few rounds of moping to remove the stickiness completely. I punished her and asked her to stand in the bathroom with another cup of water and made her finish the cup of water in the bathroom.
I don't think this would deter Sher the menace from spilling drinks in future. I now stand next to her with a cane in hand and make sure she finishes her juice immediately haha!

hehe, ur mummy also got time to take pic of your punishment.
Oh ..... 'She did it again' ya? I really hates to clean up such mess too especially if I have thougsand of other things to do in hand. But on the other hand, poor baby ..... look at her with a glass of water in the toilet, so kasihan ..... but nevermind Sherilyn, I know you will not do it again la :)
Frankly, I'm more fierce than you when coming to this scenario. I remember my April spilled the Milo when she was about 3 year old only. I was really annoyed just like how you felt with Sher. I twisted her ear and I banged on the table. I scolded her and demanded her to wipe the floor and table. Better don't learn the fierceness from me.
Hi Shireen,
Not sure why, my 3 yr old dotter oso often spilt her drink and food...when she lose focus like watch TV while holding her cup or bowl of cereal..and even when she walks or run without looking in front but to the back at us or her brother..sigh..
I wonder is this normal ..thinking to send her to gymnastic or ballet..wonder will that put in some balancing back to her body :P
opps i did it again --- britney spears song..ehehehhe
why not put the juice/soybean in a tumbler with or without straw type? then she wont spill lor..i mean chances r lower
Ever think of maybe making a rule that all drinks don't leave the table? It works well at our house.
BTW, I'm giving away clothing this week and I may have some that would fit her (I mean if you can put down that cane for a minute LAUGH!!)
PS, you may not want to post this one, but do you know that your header images is off center? It's throwing your entire template off. It may look great in IE, but in FireFox it looks way off center. If you need any help with it let me know. I maybe able to fix your template for you.
I am not sure if this would help but why don't you put her drink in a tumbler with cover so that she won't have that much opportunity to spill it. I'm not sure if she likes that idea but then you tell her she's constantly spilling that she has to drink it from there..OR make her clean her own mess but I'm sure it'll still be dirty though..:) she's just being a child :)
